PROCESS
February 27 - April 17, 2021
Opening February 27, 2021, Paul Kuhn Gallery is pleased to present a group exhibition entitled “PROCESS”. The exhibit focuses on the minimalist techniques of four artists: Robin Deyo (Montreal), Tanja Rector (Los Angeles), Cassie Suche ( Calgary) and Eleanor Wood (UK).

Robin Deyo uses a 1967 Deluxe Spirograph to develop and guide her work. Using this method, she is able to create both complex and simple linear patterns. Each work is handmade and meticulous in execution. Tanja Rector’s artistic process derives from her interest in fabric and textile, seen as the traditional domain of woman’s work. Her unique style is crafted from sewing personal and found fabrics which are then mounted on canvas in either bold or subdued patterns.  Cassie Suche works with fabric, dyes, bleach, along with her own invented tools to construct her paintings. Eleanor Wood creates intimate works on paper using a variety of materials, such as wax, wax paper, and perforations in her sublime compositions.

The exhibit continues through April 17, 2021

Paul Kuhn Gallery follows strict Covid 19 protocols and will limit attendance in the gallery.
We are also open by appointment any time.
